Grade 4 students have been taking part in some fitness testing so that we can track their improvement over the course of the year.
Students worked in pairs or small groups to record each others scores in the following activities:
- Sit and Reach (Flexibility)
- Standing Long Jump (Power)
- Vertical Jump (Power)
- Push Up (Muscular Strength and Endurance)
- Sit Ups (Muscular Strength and Endurance)
- Step Ups (Cardiovascular Endurance)
Grade 4 did a fantastic job at these initial tests and we look forward to charting our physical changes during the year.
